Responsible gaming

A stack of gold polyhedral dice against warm bokeh lights
Every roll, spin and hand is random; budgets are the one thing you control.

Gaming should be a paid-for night of fun, never a plan to make money. Here is how to keep it that way, and where to turn if it is not.

Our five house rules

  1. 21+ only. Never let minors use your account or device to play.
  2. Budget first. Decide what you can afford to lose this month, before you deposit, and treat it as spent.
  3. Time box it. Set a phone timer for each session and stop when it rings, win or lose.
  4. Never chase. Losses are the cost of the entertainment. Trying to win them back is how small losses become big ones.
  5. Play sober and calm. Do not gamble when drinking, stressed, lonely or upset.

Our budgets and limits guide turns these rules into a simple monthly plan with peso examples.

Warning signs

  • Spending more money or time than you planned, again and again
  • Borrowing, selling things or using bill money to gamble
  • Hiding your gambling from family or friends
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut down
  • Thinking a big win will fix your money problems

If two or more sound familiar, it is time to pause and talk to someone.

Protect your account and your family

Keep your login private, lock your phone, and never share OTPs. Our mobile security checklist and scam guide explain how. Understanding the maths helps too: read why the house always has an edge in our RTP guide and live casino guide, and why bonuses are not free money.
